Alfalfa

Is known for its variable traditional uses such as a diuretic and to help with urinary tract problems. It is also used for kidney problems, and for the nervous system. Alfalfa is very helpful against anemia and malnutrition, as well as for bad breath. Drink 1 – 2 tsp. per cup. Steep in previously boiled water. Sweeten with honey as needed.
